2021 Cabernet Franc ($40)

A light brick-red hue with perfect clarity, this Cabernet Franc offers a subtle nose that evolves to reveal notes of vanilla, baked strawberry, and a hint of dried herbs. Low on traditional pyrazines, it features soft, medium tannins and balanced acidity. The full mouthfeel brings forward fruity, almost sweet flavors, leading to a smooth, lingering finish.
