1. Ordering & Shipping

    1. All orders (including ground and 2 day delivery) received after 2:00 PM EST require one full business day for processing and packing at our warehouse before being shipped. Standard delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on weather (please see more info below).
    2. We ship via FedEx or UPS and also offer 3 day shipping via GSO in California, Nevada, Arizona & Colorado. For FedEx Overnight & 2 Day, all orders must be received before 2pm EST to depart the warehouse on the same day.
    3. Please note that all orders are shipped and delivered on business days only* (excluding weekends and holidays).
    4. Federal Law requires someone over the age of 21 must be present to sign for any packages containing alcohol. Three delivery attempts will be made before the package is returned to us. Once returned, we must charge a $10 rerouting fee on all packages reshipped. To avoid this inconvenience, we recommend delivery to a commercially zoned business address.
    5. We cannot ship to PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes. We cannot ship internationally. We cannot ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Utah
  2. Return Policy

    1. All sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with your order and believe the wine is corked please contact us here for a replacement.
    2. Damaged Goods. If you have an issue with your order please reach out to info@resolucellars.com and we'll work with you to find a solution.
  3. Orders for Products & Services

    1. The products we make available on this Site are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
    2. Alcohol products can only be sold to residents in certain states and you will be notified of this prior to completing your order.
    3. Unless otherwise indicated, all prices on the Site are in U.S. Dollars. You agree to pay in full the prices for any purchases you make either by credit or debit card concurrent with your online order or by other payment means acceptable to the Company.
    4. You agree to pay all applicable taxes. If payment is not received by us from your credit or debit card issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by us.
    5. Certain products that you purchase on this Site may be subject to additional terms and conditions presented to you at the time of such purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or reduce the quantity of your order, without notice and at our discretion, and you will only be charged for quantities actually shipped.
    6. Any orders placed via the Site are not considered accepted until we have shipped the order. We cannot confirm the price of an item until an order has been processed. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies on the Site, to change or update information or to cancel orders if any such information is inaccurate. If we cancel any orders after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your account in the amount charged.

    1. Protecting your privacy is important to us. We hope the following statement will help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the personal information you provide to us on our site.
      1. What kind of information do we collect from you when you visit our site? - When you visit , our stats package from Google collects some basic information about your browser. Examples are things like what type of browser and operating system are you using; how long did you stay on our site; what pages did you look at. This helps us understand how visitors browse our site, so that we can make their shopping experience better. We also collect personal information about you when you check out of our store such as your name, address, postal code, phone number, etc. We need this information to process payment and ship merchandise to you.
      2. Sharing of personal information – we don’t do it. Under no circumstances will we share any personal information that we collect with any third parties or web sites. All the information you give us is completely private and used solely for order processing and shipping. If you give us permission to send you marketing emails then we use your email for that purpose, but never does that email get sold or distributed to any other web site or list.
      3. Newsletter Opt-Out. If you have chosen to opt into our newsletter or marketing emails and decide to opt out, we have a simple unsubscribe form that will let you get off our email list. Also, under the member area, you will find a simple form to unsubscribe. IV. Consumer inquiries and privacy. If you have any questions about your privacy, or want to make changes to your profile, or get off our marketing list, simply send us an email.
      4. Protecting your information. All the payment information we collect is done so under SSL – a standard internet security measure. Any data that we store about you is kept behind a secure firewall in our database and is not accessible to the public in any way.
